I have to say, selling my house was a total pain in the bottom! There were tons of hurdles and hoops that had to happen before getting it sold. Throughout the whole process, Dana was there explaining everything and the reason why. She also helped me save money with all the repairs. She was very informative, and whenever I had a question or concern, she was there to listen. I don’t know how many times I called her to vent with frustration (my house was cursed) about all the issues. She stayed calm and was able to talk me off the edge. She was not only my realtor but my psychologist. Hahahaha. It was a hoot, and I greatly appreciate everything that she did behind the scenes to keep up to date and the timelines on track.
